Featured on the Travel Channel's "Adam Richman's Best Sandwich in America" for our Duck Grilled Cheese,  we host numerous conventioneers and guests from out of town staying at the Hyatt Downtown Riverfront.

Our locals know that our Fish Tacos, Steak & Aged Gouda Cheese, Shrimp Po' Boy, and our "Deep-Dish" Quiche may even edge our the famous Duck Grilled Cheese.  Stop by and watch our chefs prepare you lunch in our open exhibition kitchen.

From breakfast, to lunch, to dessert, come enjoy our freshly prepared items which are crafted daily from quality ingredients.  We strive to use organic, and locally sustainable products whenever possible, as such, some items may have limited availability, like our Deep-Dish Quiche (Pictured above).

Quality of food, and respect of ingredients is our passion here.  That's why we cure & smoke our own bacon, chicken, and pork and we even pickle our own pickles.

Our reasonably priced craft beers and wines are the perfect complement to your leisurely afternoon.  

We provide off-site lunch catering for your office or private functions, as well as the ability to use our restaurant in the evening for your private event, seminar, or party.

Greg DeSanto

EXECUTIVE CHEF / OWNER

In charge of the overall direction of olio.  Menu design, concept, and marketing, baking & pastry work, filling in when ever and where ever needed.  Bringing almost 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry from Ireland to Washington DC to California.

 

Ian Northcutt

CHEF DE CUISINE

Ian worked at local restaurants such as Medure, Lattitudes, and Cobblestones.   He is in charge of daily kitchen operations, Including sourcing our products from local farms, purveyors, designing daily specials, and producing our signature soups and quiche.

Francesca Spiaggi

FRONT MANAGER | ARTIST

In charge of customer experience, she not only assures smooth service, but also manages the art on our walls.  She is also a respected local artist who hangs her glass creations here at olio.
