In charge of the overall direction of olio.  Menu design, concept, and marketing, baking & pastry work, filling in when ever and where ever needed.  Bringing almost 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry from areas such as Europe, Washington DC, and California.

Northcutt

CHEF DE CUISINE

Ian worked at local restaurants such as Medure, Lattitudes, and Cobblestones.   He is in charge of daily kitchen operations, Including sourcing our products from local farms, purveyors, designing daily specials, and producing our signature soups and quiche.

Francesca Loveland

FRONT & Art MANAGER 

In charge of customer experience, she not only assures smooth service, but also manages the art on our walls.  She is also a respected local artist who hangs her glass creations here at olio.
